The Cottage

In the early 1900s this idyllic street in Palm Beach was created as an artist retreat. The sandy road, lined with palm trees pointing due east to the Atlantic Ocean. As Palm Beach grew in stature and gilded architecture, this street maintained its innocence of a simple, relaxed community of quaint wooden cottages. The Cottages are still here for the most part, along with the unique carefree beach vibe.

To complete your stay, the Cottage is stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.

On the first floor: The Kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances, glassware, platters, plates as well as a full set of cutlery and cooking necessities. Off the Kitchen, the open plan front entry acts as both an Entry and Dining Room, with an adjacent Laundry Room and Powder Room. The Living Room flows from the Entry, leading to the second floor stairs and an exit door out to a spacious private ficus lined hedged courtyard.

The Second Floor: From the Living Room, sisal covered stairs lead way to two Bedrooms, a full, yet quaint Bathroom and Dressing area.

The Exterior boasts two seating areas, dining and an outdoor lounge space. There is also access to an outdoor grill, a shared pool , and best of all an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water — a little crude in design - nevertheless perfect after a salty sandy beach day.
